Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: I am happy to do custom orders, however I retain the right to refuse any orders that do not match my style or techniques, or that I am not 100% certain if the quality of the piece will meet my standards. Please feel free to reach out via email if you are interested and we can discuss my custom order process.

Q: How quickly will I get my order?

A: I ship through Canada Post so cannot guarantee shipping times. I do provide tracking information for shipping services that offer it.

For custom orders or made-to-order items, please allow 3-4 weeks production time. If I need to order custom materials for your order, this may take longer, but this will be discussed with you if it is the case.

For ready-to-ship items, allow 2-3 business days for me to prepare your item to ship, including a final polish before packaging.

All duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

Q: If I change my mind, can I get my money back?

A: Refunds on ready-to-ship items will be issued as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Once the order is dropped off at the post office, refunds will not be issued.

Refunds and exchanges will not be issued on made-to-order pieces once an order has been placed.

No refunds on custom orders, as it was created specifically for you based on your specifications.

I will gladly repair items if they arrived in the mail damaged. Please notify me within 48 hours and we can discuss the process further. The piece must not be worn and returned in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Q: Can you repair my grandmother's necklace?

A: No. I will not repair or alter jewellery that I did not create. I have no way to be absolutely certain that a piece is solid sterling silver until it has been cut into, and if turns out it is plated or filled, I cannot work with it and the piece is now destroyed.
